Ingrid L-A. Lashley
Ingrid L-A. Lashley – Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer has performed in the financial services sector for more than twenty years. An accountant by profession with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, Ms. Lashley has held senior and executive management positions in an international commercial bank. Ms. Lashley joined the TTMF team in 2004. Under her leadership, the company has extended its product line, expanded its branch network and transformed its operating systems to allow for growth in assets in excess of 100%. Ms. Lashley has served on the boards of private, public and charitable organisations.
Robert C. Green
Robert C. Green – Secretary/Chief Operating Officer, has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, having spent that time in a specialised mortgage institution in several senior positions. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of the West Indies, Institute of Business.
Vernie P. Shield
Vernie P. Shield - General Manager, Mortgage Services joined the company in January 2013. Vernie is an experienced banker of thirty (30) years, and has successfully led initiatives that improved the operations in the banking sector. She has worked with several international bodies to develop policy guidelines that would regulate financial institutions. She is the holder of an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Brent Mc Fee
Brent Mc Fee - Chief Financial Officer/Assistant Secretary has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has served on the Board of Directors within the credit union movement and a state-owned company.
Miguel Awai – Manager, Mortgage Administration. Having worked in the US and UK markets, Miguel has 13 years' experience in the international financial services sector in the areas of Fraud Detection and Debt Management. Miguel holds a BSc in Commerce and Public Affairs with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA in Finance from the Worchester University (UK).
Cherrie Caracciolo – Manager, Human Resources, joined the TTMF Family in 1992 as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. She was later appointed as a Human Resource Officer in 2004, with responsibility for Recruitment and Planning. Cherrie has approximately 17 years' combined experience in administration and human resources.
Myrtle Harris – Manager, Branch Operations, joined TTMF in 1991 with 11 years' experience in banking. In 2007, she was appointed Manager, Branch Operations, responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service at all of our branches. Myrtle holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE).
Nicole Hospedales – Manager, Corporate Services, joined the TTMF family on May 14, 2012 and is responsible for the Operations of the company. Nicole holds a B.Sc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Association of Business Executives (ABE). She has over 10 years’ experience in Operations coming from a leading international courier firm.
Wendy Huggins – Manager, Mortgage Origination’ heads the sales team for the mortgage portfolio. She has 19 years' experience in mortgage banking. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Sciences (General) from The University of the West Indies, and an MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Philip G. Joseph
Philip G. Joseph – Manager, Information Technology, joined TTMF in February 1987, as the Analyst/Programmer in the Computer Department and was appointed Manager, Information Technology in 1995. In 2004 he was chosen to lead the Company's business transformation project due to his dependability and all-round expertise in the field of information technology.
Marsha Rae Leben
Marsha Rae Leben - Manager, Marketing and Public Relations, is a financial services professional with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Before joining TTMF, Marsha spent 15 years at an international insurance company, where she was responsible for the group insurance portfolio in five Caribbean territories. Immediately prior to her appointment at TTMF Marsha was responsible for the operations, administration and marketing of an event management organisation. Marsha holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, certification in Marketing and General Management and an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.
Lisa Williams – Manager Finance, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with several years' experience in Finance and Accounting. Lisa joined the TTMF family on August 3, 2010 and is responsible for Finance function within the company, and particularly for providing timely and accurate information to our internal and external stakeholders.
