Robert C. Green – Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer, has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, having spent that time in a specialised mortgage institution in several senior positions. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of the West Indies, Institute of Business.
Brent Mc Fee – Chief Operating Officer/ Secretary has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has served on the Board of Directors within the credit union movement and a state-owned company. Brent is also a holder of an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Laurette Walker – Chief Financial Officer, joined the TTMF team in November 2017. In this role she is responsible for financial and other related services, inclusive of financial planning, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting. Laurette has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the areas of finance, investments, mortgages and property development and possesses experience in the auditing and oil & gas industries. Laurette is a Certified Accountant and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Wendy Huggins – General Manager, Mortgage Services, has 28 years’ experience in mortgage banking. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Sciences (General) from The University of the West Indies, and an MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Wendy worked at various positions within the mortgage services department at TTMF since joining the company in 1990.
Lisa Williams – Assistant General Manager, Mortgage Administration, is the holder of a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the Heriot Watt University. She is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with several years’ experience in Finance and Accounting. Lisa joined the TTMF family on August 3, 2010 in the Finance Department. In her current position, she and is now responsible for the management of the after sales service.
Myrtle Harris – Senior Manager, Mortgage Operations, joined TTMF in 1991 with 11 years’ experience in banking. In 2014, she was appointed Senior Manager, Mortgage Operations, responsible for the mortgage disbursement process. Myrtle holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE).
Felicia Babb – Manager, Internal Audit has ten (10) years’ experience in both external and internal audit at two Big Four Professional Services Firms. Felicia is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor by profession. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and both the global and local Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA). Felicia joined TTMF in July 2017 and is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the system of internal controls, supporting management in risk analyses and providing recommendations to Management and the Board of Directors to assist in aligning operational activities to strategic objectives.
Dale A. DeServe – Manager, Information Technology, has over 18 years’ experience in information and communication technologies, and joined the TTMF team in October 2014. Dale specializes in financial systems design and development and has helped many organizations throughout the Caribbean achieve their strategic IT objectives. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies and an M.Sc. in Information Systems Management from the University of Greenwich.
Nicole Hospedales – Manager, Corporate Services, joined the TTMF family on May 14, 2012 and is responsible for the Operations of the company. Nicole holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Association of Business Executives (ABE). She has over 10 years’ experience in Operations coming from a leading international courier firm.
Marsha Rae Leben – Manager, Corporate Communications, is a financial services professional with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Before joining TTMF, Marsha spent 15 years at an international insurance company, where she was responsible for the group insurance portfolio in five Caribbean territories. Immediately prior to her appointment at TTMF Marsha was responsible for the operations, administration and marketing of an event management organisation. Marsha holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, certification in Marketing and General Management from the Royal Bank Institute of Business and Technology and an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.
Kamilah Peterson – Manager, Contact Centre, has a BSc. in Computing Software Systems and an International Masters in Business Administration from The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Kamilah has worked in Customer Service for 19 years within the telecommunications industry for two major local service providers. She joined TTMF in March 2017 to support the implementation of the Contact Centre which is geared towards improving the delivery of service to the customer.
Meera Roopan – Manager, Mortgage Origination joined the TTMF family in May 1996 in the Lending Department and worked her way up the corporate ladder to her current position in October 2013. Meera is responsible for the management of the mortgage application process. Her career started in the banking industry where she worked for over 16 years. Meera has attained a Diploma in Banking and Finance Course and also holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.
