Robert C. Green – Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer, has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, having spent that time in a specialised mortgage institution in several senior positions. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of the West Indies, Institute of Business.
Brent Mc Fee – Chief Operating Officer/ Secretary has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has served on the Board of Directors within the credit union movement and a state-owned company. Brent is also a holder of an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Vernie P. Shield – General Manager, Mortgage Services joined the company in January 2013. Vernie is an experienced banker of thirty (30) years, and has successfully led initiatives that improved the operations in the banking sector. She has worked with several international bodies to develop policy guidelines that would regulate financial institutions. She is the holder of an Executive MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Miguel Awai – Assistant General Manager, Mortgage Administration. Having worked in the US and UK markets, Miguel has over 18 years’ experience in the international financial services sector in the areas of Fraud Detection and Debt Management. Miguel holds a BSc in Commerce and Public Affairs with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA in Finance from the Worchester University (UK).
Wendy Huggins – Assistant General Manager, Mortgage Origination, heads the sales team for the mortgage portfolio. She has 25 years’ experience in mortgage banking. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and a BSc in Social Sciences (General) from The University of the West Indies, and an MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Myrtle Harris – Senior Manager, Mortgage Operations, joined TTMF in 1991 with 11 years’ experience in banking. In 2014, she was appointed Senior Manager, Mortgage Operations, responsible for the mortgage disbursement process. Myrtle holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE).
Dale A. DeServe – Manager, Information Technology, has over 18 years’ experience in information and communication technologies, and joined the TTMF team in October 2014. Dale specializes in financial systems design and development and has helped many organizations throughout the Caribbean achieve their strategic IT objectives. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies and an M.Sc. in Information Systems Management from the University of Greenwich.
Sharon Diaz – Manager, Human Resources (Strategic), is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, with more than 20 years of experience enhancing and transforming cultures within esteemed national and global companies. Sharon joined the TTMF team in August 2016 and is recognized for fostering highly collaborative, positive workplace environments, as well as her ability to skilfully design and deliver strategic leadership development and training programs to multi-level staff. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Communications from Dowling College, USA with a minor in Business Administration. She is a Certified Facilitator and Executive Coach from Leadership Management International Inc. (LMI) and holds a certificate in Mediation Techniques from the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Relations.
Nicole Hospedales – Manager, Corporate Services, joined the TTMF family on May 14, 2012 and is responsible for the Operations of the company. Nicole holds a B.Sc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Association of Business Executives (ABE). She has over 10 years’ experience in Operations coming from a leading international courier firm.
Marsha Rae Leben – Manager, Corporate Communications, is a financial services professional with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Before joining TTMF, Marsha spent 15 years at an international insurance company, where she was responsible for the group insurance portfolio in five Caribbean territories. Immediately prior to her appointment at TTMF Marsha was responsible for the operations, administration and marketing of an event management organisation. Marsha holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, certification in Marketing and General Management from the Royal Bank Institute of Business and Technology and an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.
Meera Roopan – Manager, Mortgage Origination joined the TTMF family in May 1996 in the Lending Department and worked her way up the corporate ladder to her current position in October 2013. Meera is responsible for the management of the mortgage application process. Her career started in the banking industry where she worked for over 16 years. Meera has attained a Diploma in Banking and Finance Course and also holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School.
Lisa Williams – Manager Finance, is the holder of a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the Heriot Watt University. She is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with several years’ experience in Finance and Accounting. Lisa joined the TTMF family on August 3, 2010 and is responsible for the Finance functions within the company, and particularly for providing timely and accurate information to our internal and external stakeholders.
