Jessell is Senior Human Resource professional with over seventeen (17) years of diverse human resource generalist experience that spans both unionised and non-unionised organisations across various dynamic sectors. Jessell is the holder of a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich and attained several certifications including CaribDE certification. She is a part-time Lecturer with areas of deep competence in employee relations, recruitment and selection, training, organisational development and business communication.
