If your account is in arrears, or if there has been an adverse change in your financial situation you can arrange to meet with a Collections Officer at our Port of Spain branch to discuss your options.

How to Request a Document

Step 1: Pay any necessary Processing Fees outlined below, via Online Banking or Charge the fees to your TTMF Account.

  • Pay via online banking or at any branch of Republic Bank using the banking information below:

    OR

  • Indicate in your request to charge the fees to your mortgage account.

Step 2: Complete a ‘Request for Document’ form.

To successfully complete a request for a document, select the type of document you require. You must upload your cyber receipt, a photo or screenshot of your receipt as Proof of Payment (for documents that attract a fee).

Step 3: Your document will be emailed to you in the specified timeframe.

Confirmation of Mortgage Interest Paid Letter
A tally of interest received annually and can be used for the purpose of filing taxes as per the guidelines outlined by the Inland Revenue Division.

First Time Homeowners Letter
Provides details of your mortgaged facility such as loan amount, the date loan was acquired, the property address and confirmation that you are a first time homeowner. This letter is used for the purpose of filing taxes as per the guidelines outlined by the Inland Revenue Division.

Instructions to the insurance provider to cancel your Fire Hazard Insurance.
