How to Request a Document
Step 1: Review services or items listed in the tabs above and note processing fee for the item you require.
Step 2: Pay any necessary Processing Fees, via Online Banking or Charge the fees to your TTMF Account.
- Pay via online banking or at any branch of Republic Bank using the banking information below:

- Indicate in your request to charge the fees to your mortgage account.
Step 3: Complete a ‘Request for Document’ form.
To successfully complete a request for a document, select the type of document you require. You must upload your cyber receipt, a photo or screenshot of your receipt as Proof of Payment (for documents that attract a fee).
Step 4: Your document will be emailed to you in the specified timeframe.
